Labels 00 and 01 are skipped here.
The picture frames keep counting.

Set the numbering.

DF is supported only for 30000/1001 fps. Fractional presets use the exact rate shown, rather than literal 29.97, 23.976 or 59.94.

Edit the timecode label. The frame field is the calculated, read-only counterpart.

Changing input direction carries a valid exact address. Changing the rate reinterprets the active entry; you may need to edit its final separator. Invalid entries clear the read-only counterpart.

A single 24-hour label cycle, starting at zero. Offsets outside its bounds are rejected; nothing wraps silently.

Same frame.
Two ways to name it.

A SEMICOLON CHANGES THE COUNT

01:00:00;00
is not 108,000
frames in DF.

At the 30000/1001 DF preset, that one-hour label has frame offset 107,892. At the same physical rate with NDF labels, 01:00:00:00 has offset 108,000.

The difference comes from the numbering. DF skips certain labels while the frame sequence continues. Neither address should be treated as an exact physical-duration statement without its rate.
